Its raining here in Queensland. I love the rain but its the kind of weather that makes you think ’should I wear jeans and risk it being humid and dying from heat exhaustion or should I wear shorts and risk freezing my bottom off?’
To those of you in QLD you understand how it can be beautiful one day, and pouring rain the next. I love the tropics, but they’re very unpredictable!

So, to avoid either freezing from being underdressed, once I get inside to the air con, or boiling from being overdressed, I opted for the long pleated polyester vintage skirt, an oldie but a goodie, a singlet and an optional jacket. Perfect!

This week in fashion, I have been doing loads of research for my up and coming collection. Whilst searching the internet, I have noticed a few headlines to curl my toes, the most ridiculous being that Miley Cyrus’s nine-year-old sister will be creating her own lingerie line for the US kids Label Ohh! La! La! Couture. This would be a great read if I could find some truth in it.

After some research I found some info on the whole situation.

Contactmusic.com reports that bosses of the label have come out saying that there are no plans to have Noah Cyrus work on any such line. Media confusion is a terrible thing; in fact, it is her her best friend, Emily Grace, who has created a line for that label, all of which is age appropriate.

Also I had a look on the Ohh! La! La! couture web site and there is nothing about Noah or her undies line, just that Emily Grace and Noah would both be wearing the new clothing collection on the up and coming Miley Cyrus wonder world tour.

Enough about tweens and controversy!
