As Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi prepared to vote during the country’s general elections on Sunday, three topless feminist protesters from Ukrainian feminist group Femen lunged at the PM as he arrived at a polling station in Milan.

The women tore off their jackets to bare their breasts and the slogan “Basta Berlusconi” (“Enough with Berlusconi”) in a stunt that appears to be the group’s modus operandi, but were detained by authorities before they could reach the PM.

The women, who had broken through a line of journalists outside of the polling station, were dragged kicking and screaming out into the snow in full view of queuing voters and the media.

Earlier this year Berlusconi made headlines when he blamed ‘feminist, communist’ magistrates for a divorce settlement he claimed would cost him $260K per day.
