The White Rose Movement: single review

by Holly LazzariWhite Rose Movement

If you like electronic/rock/dance mixtures of music then you’ll more than likely enjoy The White Rose Movement. They have a hint of that 80’s synthesised rock as well as a splash of a Joy Division sound about them, thanks to vocalist Finn Vine’s awesome British accent, that just oozes through when he sings. I personally enjoy that, mostly because it reminded me of countless days of dancing around in our lounge room, when I was about four, in my brightly coloured ‘happy pants’ (but that’s another story). They also have a unique sound that you really don’t come across in these treacherous times full of American RnB and Hip Hop, so it’s a fantastic and refreshing change.
