Label We Love: Brigid Catiis
Today, there are so many clothing labels – big time and small time. Choosing which to buy and which to walk past as fast as your six inch stilettos will let you is more than hard. Brigid Catiis is neither big nor small – it is the store where you not only shop at but come back to again and again. And again. Why?
Well, firstly, because the clothes that Raissa Genora – the designer behind the label – designs are absolutely gorgeous. They are flirty and feminine with edgy accents and her mixing and matching of different fabrics like using chiffon with leather is what makes her clothes so unique. With vibrantly colored clothes in hues of blue, green and purple along with the more subtle blacks, creams and greys and remarkably intricate detailing, it really is no wonder that Brigid Catiis pieces are so coveted.
The second thing that makes Brigid Cattis stand out from other labels is the fact that everything is made from eco freindly, recycled, reclaimed or sustainable fabrics. Their motto is to “Do Good” and doing good they are. This is such an important factor for me because while there are quite a few eco-friendly and environmentally conscious labels – I have yet to come across one that designs clothes as stylish and as reasonably priced.
The company is named after Raissa’s late Grandmom who inspired her to start the label with her boyfriend Damien Sritapan who know holds the position of CFO.

The Blair Ruffle Blouse – So quintessentially Blair Waldorf (I am not a 100% sure if that is where the name came from though) yet so wearable by just about anyone with any kind of style preference.
Melanie Crochet Mini Dress – I have only recently come to know of my love for anything and everything crochet and this dress, in my opinion, is about as good as a crochet dress gets. The fit, the color and the fact that it can be worn for just about any occasion make it one of the top things on my “Must Get” list.
Leathered Skirt – Is there anything out there that can make a girl feel more sexy or more bad-ass than a leather skirt? I don’t think so.
Bowery Double Breasted Vintage Blazer – Not only does this blazer have the perfect balance of vintage and modern, it also has these gorgeous gold buttons that look amazing with this divine shade of blue. You can also opt for the black version if you prefer.
