wanted: feedback
To break up Rachel’s blog-hogging – and because I desperately want it – I’m putting out this call for feedback on the website. Yes, again. I’m not planning a huge re-design, I rather like the current one, but I’m after feedback on usability, and am also planning to add a few new sections.
So please take the time to answer the following questions – either post here or email me.
What are your favourite sections? What would you like to see more of?
Are you having trouble finding particular info / pages? Which ones?
What do you think of the colour / images / layout?
Do you think we should include more interactive sections such as our online polls and forum? Suggestions?
Other comments are also much appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hey Michelle.
I’d like to see some forums or maybe online polls in the SHOUT OUT music reviews section.
Anything to harness an indication of many ppl are reading the reviews… just something/somewhere for ppl to comment on… everyone’s got an opinion when it comes to music and more importantly the ISSUES such as TRENDS, POWER & CONTROL, INFLUENCE OF THE MEDIA on MUSIC, POLITICAL/ECONOMICAL influences on POP MUSIC…
don’t worry about the topics/poll questions for this section.. if you want to run with it… i’ll come up with the questions/topic or what not.
cheers michelle,
and i know this seems AWFULLY SELFISH of me to only comment about the music reviews page but i feel like the onus is kinda on me to say something about the page.
ps- i still love the hot pink colours and the edgey look… maybe more pictures… make the site in general more interactive… im not much of a whiz with websites but im sure you are.
maybe more grab lines all over the homepage that makes ppl wanna go “OOH! I WANNA CHECK OUT WHATS THAT” rather than just “MUSIC REVIEWS CLICK HERE” or whatever… maybe.. for example:
“PASSION and DESIRE… Is Geri Halliwell’s new album all it’s cracked up to be?… find out here”
— good luck and dont worry… i’ll try and provide as many feedbacks as possible —
dave
oh maybe we could set out the reviews page like a blog one too.
you know, as in having a lil’ link at the end of the review for ppl to post comments and what not… whether they agree disagree.. got any other thoughts on the song/album/artist and there can be interaction there and there??
